In 2006, during the real estate frenzy, I purchased my first home in Chicago with Mark's help. He made certain I didn't overpay. The market was still struggling from the Great Recession in 2018 when Mark sold the same property. Mark ensured that we didn't give away the farm to get the deal done. His advice on paint colors and pricing really made the process much easier for us. We had left Chicago by then and Mark was our boots on the ground. He then helped my husband and I sell our remaining property this year.Our last property suffered severe damage in the Sept. 2022 Chicago flood. This is the third time I’ve worked with Mark Miles to buy/sell. He helped me sell my condo in Avondale this time around! I’ve returned to Mark repeatedly for several reasons. First, he’s knowledgeable & professional. I have so many questions each time & he always knows the answer & is easy to reach.
