Yes! We don't hold clients hostage. If SPOT isn't working for you, we'll cancel your listing agreement. The upfront fee is non-refundable as it covers initial setup, photography, and marketing costs already incurred.

Congratulations! We recommend our Basic Plan for legal compliance and professional representation during the transaction. One of our experienced agents will guide you through the process safely and ensure proper documentation.
